Terms of Service

The service

ReelButler generates short-form videos with AI based on the settings you choose (niche, style, voice, schedule) and, when you connect social accounts, publishes them on your behalf to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts

One account per email address. You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use ReelButler.

Subscriptions & billing

• Creating an account is free; generating videos requires a paid plan.
• Monthly plans bill every 4 weeks; yearly plans bill once every 12 months. Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider.
• Each plan includes a video-generation allowance matching its posting cadence (e.g. 3 videos per week on Hobby). Unused allowance does not roll over.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the paid period. For refund requests, contact support@reelbutler.com and we’ll review your case.

Your content

You own the videos ReelButler generates for your account and may use and monetize them anywhere. You’re responsible for the prompts and settings you provide and for the content you publish, including its compliance with each social platform’s rules. You grant us the limited rights needed to generate, store and publish that content on your behalf.

Connected social accounts

Connecting a social account authorizes ReelButler to publish your videos to it on your chosen schedule, using each platform’s official API. We never post anything other than the videos in your series. You can disconnect at any time in ReelButler or revoke access from the platform itself. Your use of each platform remains governed by its own terms — by connecting a channel or account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and the TikTok Terms of Service respectively.

Acceptable use

Don’t use ReelButler to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates the rules of the platforms you publish to. Don’t attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Disclaimers

ReelButler is provided “as is.” AI-generated content can contain errors — review your videos before or after publishing. We don’t guarantee views, revenue, platform monetization eligibility, or uninterrupted availability. Earnings figures shown in marketing are illustrative, not promises. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
