Terms of Service

The service

ReelButler generates short-form videos with AI based on the settings you choose (niche, style, voice, schedule) and, when you connect social accounts, publishes them on your behalf to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. ReelButler is operated by , a limited liability company registered in (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, or with a later version of them, stop using ReelButler and close your account.

Accounts

One account per email address. You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account, and you should tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use ReelButler.

Subscriptions & billing

• Creating an account is free; generating videos requires a paid plan.
• Monthly plans bill every 4 weeks; yearly plans bill once every 12 months. Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider.
• Each plan includes a video-generation allowance matching its posting cadence (e.g. 3 videos per week on Hobby), available while your account is in active use. Unused allowance does not roll over.
• Credits. Your plan includes a credit allowance alongside its video allowance, spent on things like regenerating a scene, an animated hook, or a video beyond your weekly allowance. Included credits are released in weekly instalments across each billing cycle and are available until the end of the cycle they were granted for; unused included credits do not roll over into the next cycle. Credits you buy separately as a one-off pack do not expire and stay on your account until you spend them or your account is closed. Where a spend can draw on both, it uses the credits that expire soonest first. We will tell you in advance if we change how included credits are granted or how long they last.
• Inactive accounts are paused. If nobody uses your account for an extended period (currently 10 days — we don’t count videos our system posts for you, only what you do yourself) and none of your active series posts to a connected social account, we stop generating new videos for it. Each video we would have made is added to your balance as credits instead, which expire 30 days after they are added. Your subscription, plan, settings and everything you’ve already made are unaffected, and we don’t bill you any less or any more. Opening your dashboard starts your schedule again from its next slot; videos not generated while paused are not made up.
• Failed payments. If a payment isn’t made when due, we may limit or stop generating and publishing videos for your account until it is paid in full, and may cancel the subscription.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and that period is not refunded. When that period ends, your account data and published videos are deleted as described under Termination.
• No refunds. ReelButler delivers digital content that we start producing for you the moment you pay. By purchasing, you expressly ask us to start immediately and acknowledge that, once we have, you give up any right to cancel the purchase or withdraw from it. Unless a specific offer says otherwise, all payments are final and we don’t refund subscriptions or purchases, used or unused. If something has gone wrong on our side, contact support@reelbutler.com; we may, at our discretion, make it right with credited videos or an extended period, but we aren’t obliged to refund money.

Your content

You own the videos ReelButler generates for your account and may use and monetize them anywhere. You’re responsible for the prompts and settings you provide and for the content you publish, including its compliance with each social platform’s rules. You grant us the limited rights needed to generate, store and publish that content on your behalf and to operate and improve the service.

Anything you bring to ReelButler yourself — music, images, footage, voices, text — must be yours to use. You confirm that you hold the rights and permissions needed for us to process and publish it, and you’ll cover us for any claim, including a copyright claim, that arises because you didn’t.

How long we keep your videos. Unless stated otherwise, generated videos and their source material are stored for 3 months from creation, during which you can download and work with them. After that we may delete them to free up storage. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Connected social accounts

Connecting a social account authorizes ReelButler to publish your videos to it on your chosen schedule, using each platform’s official API. We never post anything other than the videos in your series. You can disconnect at any time in ReelButler or revoke access from the platform itself. We don’t control the platforms and aren’t responsible for their decisions, outages or rule changes, including ones that stop a video from being published. Your use of each platform remains governed by its own terms. By connecting a channel or account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and the TikTok Terms of Service respectively.

Acceptable use

Don’t use ReelButler to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates the rules of the platforms you publish to. Don’t attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and don’t access it with bots or scripts without our written permission. Plans are sized for normal use by one person or business; we may apply usage limits, and we may suspend accounts whose automated or excessive use degrades the service for others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Copyright complaints

If you believe a video made or published through ReelButler infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@reelbutler.com with a link to the content, a description of the work you believe is infringed, and your contact details. We review every valid notice and will remove or disable the content, or explain why we won’t, normally within 5 business days. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Disclaimers

ReelButler is provided “as is.” AI-generated content can contain errors, so review your videos before or after publishing. We don’t guarantee views, revenue, platform monetization eligibility, or uninterrupted availability. Earnings figures shown in marketing are illustrative, not promises. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or €100, whichever is lower.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from your settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or if we discontinue the service, with or without notice.

Your data is deleted when your subscription ends. When your subscription ends for any reason — you cancel it, a payment isn’t made, or we close the account — you confirm and accept that all data associated with your account will be deleted: your series, settings, connected accounts, generated videos and their source material, and the videos ReelButler has published to your connected social accounts, which we will remove from those accounts. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so download anything you want to keep before your paid period ends.

Sections that by their nature should outlive the account — the rights you’ve granted us, disclaimers, limits on liability and governing law — continue to apply after it is closed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of , United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is heard exclusively by the state and federal courts located in .

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about ReelButler. If a part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies, and if we don’t enforce a term on one occasion we can still enforce it later. Questions: support@reelbutler.com.
